Let’s Cruise: My Favorite Bahamas Cruise Outfits

Setting off on my first cruise to the Bahamas got me super excited. From laid-back days soaking up the sun to fancy evenings dining and dancing, I needed outfits that could do it all. So, come along with me as I share the outfits that made my first Bahamas cruise a fun and stylish adventure!

Daytime: Sun-Soaked Style

Outfit 1: Atlantis Excursion

For my day at Atlantis, I aimed for both comfort and style. I slipped into my favorite swimsuit under a sleeveless t-shirt dress and completed the look with comfy sandals and a carry-all beach bag. The outfit was perfect for exploring the wonders of Atlantis, lounging by the pool, and enjoying the sandy beaches all in one!

Outfit 2: Freeport Fun

At Freeport, Bahamas, I opted for a laid-back and carefree look. I wore my swimsuit with a v-neck cover-up, paired with classic jean shorts and Birkenstock sandals. This versatile outfit was ideal for chilling on Carnival’s Serenity Deck in the morning and exploring the vibrant port area in the afternoon. It was a day filled with snapshots, and delicious Bahamian treats like cracked conch and fresh coconut water.

Nighttime Vibes: Casual Chic to Evening Glam

Outfit 3: Casual Dinner

For those nights when you want to feel pretty without the fuss, I slipped into a black floral long-sleeved mini dress. The long sleeves kept me cozy (it can get chilly at night)) as my hubby and I enjoyed a casual dinner onboard.

Outfit 4: Theater Time

Channeling a boho-chic style, I opted for a blue halter midi dress. This laid-back yet stylish look was perfect for watching a show at the theater. The flowy dress and paisley print added a touch of whimsy to the evening.

Outfit 5: Elegant Night

For the elegant cruise night, I went all out for glam. Draped in a black off-shoulder cocktail dress and strappy heels, I felt amazing and ready for a night of celebration on the high seas.

  2. all your outfits look amazing. I’ve never been to the Carribbean, although I’d like to, one day. Visit the island my dad’s side of the family is from. However, I wouldn’t take a cruise. My dizziness disorders caused motion sickness. I hope you had a great time

  5. I’ll just start by saying you’re so beautiful! All the outfits loot amazing on you! My fave though is outifit 5, elegant night! Those pics really are very elegant! Looks like you had a great time in the Bahamas! I would love to there! In fact, I would love to visit as many of the Caribbean islands as I can! I know one person who visited the Caribbean and loved it so much there she decided to move to the Caribbean! Would you want to live in the Caribbean? Would you want to live near a beach? I would first need to learn how to swim, and see what health care is like in the island I’m planning to move to, because I have multiple health issues. Thanks for sharing your fun vacation!
