Christmas is in the air!
My hubby and I went to NYC with a group of friends last weekend. We wanted to check out the different holiday sights in Midtown Manhattan. We snap a lot of photos, and I’d like to share with you my favorite holiday pictures.
Now, these places are crowded, and it’s hard to find the perfect spot to take pictures. Nevertheless, these attractions are one of a kind, and it’s fun to share these Christmassy moments with your loved ones.
Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree
The Norway Spruce tree is 72-foot tall and weighs 12 tons. It is decorated with more than 50,000 multicolored LED lights with a star made of 3 million Swarovski crystals.
Swarovski Star
The 9-foot- wide Swarovski Star was designed by world-renowned architect Daniel Libeskind. It’s hard to see the jaw-dropping intricate design of the star on top of that tall tree. The good news is…….a Replica Star is displayed at ground level at the Rockefeller Plaza!
The new Swarovski Star for the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree is inspired by the beauty of starlight – something that radiates meaning and mystery into the world. The star is a symbol that represents our greatest ambitions for hope, unity, and peace. – Daniel Libeskind
Giant Christmas Ornaments
I was in NYC last December 2017, but I missed this Instagram-Worthy photo spot. You’ll find these Giant Red Christmas Balls on 6th Avenue near Radio City. It is one of the most photographed holiday decorations in NYC
.
The Christmas tree, the Swarovski Star, the Giant Christmas Ornaments, and most of all the joy of being with my favorite peeps – made this NYC trip so wonderful!
Thank you so much for reading. Wherever you are in the world – sending you lots of love and loads of holiday cheer. May you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

That’s great, have fun! Keep an eye on each other, it’s easy to lose someone in the crowd.

I would love to see the Rock’s Xmas tree in person – it always looks so amazing in pictures and on TV.

It’s a bit challenging to take pictures because of the massive crowd at the Rockefeller Center. I only used my phone to take this photo, and I wasn’t able to capture the glitzy decorations. I hope you’ll be able to see it someday.
