Are you looking for a new sunscreen?
These products are the best ones I’ve tried so far. It’s a mix of physical, chemical, and hybrid sunscreens formulated in Korea, Japan, USA, and the UK.
I prefer broad-spectrum sunscreens that have an SPF of 30 or more. I also look for lightweight, hydrating, cosmetically elegant ones that leave no white cast. And, of course, sunscreens that are formulated with skin-loving ingredients (niacinamide, shea butter, green tea, ceramides) are on top of my list.

I’ve been wanting to try Supergoop’s sunscreen for years now. I do like facial sunscreens with tint in them, though, but I’m a fan of anything that doesn’t leave too much grease or white residue.

The Supergoop matte screen has a really nice neutral tint. It blurs pores and blends effortlessly well into the skin. I use this on days when I don’t feel like putting on foundation but I want a bit of coverage and sun protection.

Lol! That’s fine… I haven’t paid much attention to sunscreens until a couple of years ago. Sunscreens protect your skin from the harmful rays of the sun. I use an ample amount of this product every morning as part of my skincare routine.

I’m glad our tropical sun here in the highlands of East Afrika is friendly. And the extra melanin helps. Explains why I had no idea about these products.

As I’m about to look into getting a new sunscreen this was so helpful! I’ve never stuck to one brand before as the ones I’ve used never quite seemed right. You’ve given me a few other options now — thanks!

I’m so glad this post gave you some options. I love to try different ones too. I’ve been using the first four on rotation lately. The Supergoop Unseen is always in my bag, coz it’s great for reapplication. The matte screen for “no foundation days.” And, I use the Dr. Dennis Gross one when I have a breakout and I want to use a physical suncreen.

I’m trying to find more natural sunscreens that are better for the environment, but they always tend to be really thick. I like the sound of hybrid ones. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Cristina. Supergoop Unseen has a nice primer-like finish and a great sunscreen to reapply esp. when you are wearing makeup. I love to use the Matte Screen on my “no-foundation” days. Both of these Supergoop products are a must-try!
